Emmanuel Uduaghan, renews marriage vow

Emmanuel Uduaghan, Delta State governor and Roli, his wife, walked down the aisle a second time, after 25years of marriage. The couples renewed their vows on Wednesday February 20th, at the first Baptist Church in Warr, Delta State.
